Our menus are shaped by the seasons, allowing us to celebrate fresh produce when it is naturally at its most flavourful, vibrant and nutritious. Our produce mainly comes from the wonderful sellers at London’s famous New Covent Garden Market.

Our plant-forward approach sees kids eating lower fat dishes, with plenty of fibre and protein, all without compromising taste. We specialise in fortifying our dishes with additional vegetables, grains and seeds, boosting nutritional impact and variety.

The Super Salad Six is our daily self-serve salad offer, giving children the freedom to choose from a vibrant selection of fresh vegetables and seasonal salads. By putting choice in children’s hands in a low-pressure way, it helps build confidence, independence and a more positive relationship with healthy food.

All of our breads are baked in-house from a 50/50 wholemeal/white flour blend. We also fortify all of our breads and cakes with the addition of ground flaxseed for a wonderful omega-3 boost. We also like to blend in pumpkin, sunflower and chia seeds where we can for some tasty, crunchy nutritional elevation.

All of the meat we serve is halal, reflecting our commitment to providing food that is inclusive, respectful and suitable for the communities we serve.
